IBC Email Platform

The IBC Email Platform (by Intelligent Business Communications) enables our telemarketing agents to send professional, permission-based email outreach directly from the client's own Google accounts. Using Google OAuth for authorisation, the app supports send-only functionality to improve deliverability and personalisation for business communications.

What the app does

  • Sends emails on behalf of a signed-in user via their authorised Google account (send-only).
  • Does not read inbox contents or store message content.
  • Access is granted with user consent and can be revoked at any time in the user’s Google Account.

Scopes & access

The platform requests only the minimum Google scopes required to send emails on a user’s behalf. We do not request scopes that permit reading inboxes or storing message content.

Google user data: handling, retention & deletion

No persistent storage of Google user data: We do not store Google user email content, inbox data, or any logs containing Google user data.

Transient processing only: Any Google user data involved in sending (e.g., message payload) is processed only for the duration of the send action and is not retained once complete.

Deletion requests: Users can request deletion of any associated data we control. See our Privacy Policy for how to submit a request, or email [email protected].

Revoke access anytime: Users can revoke the app’s access in their Google Account permissions. Once revoked, the app can no longer send on their behalf.

Client data for campaign delivery (non-Google data)

What we collect: To deliver lead generation services for clients, we process business information such as contact names, work emails/phone numbers, campaign briefs, call notes, and related assets provided to us.

Purpose: Solely to plan, execute, and report on lead generation/appointment-setting campaigns and meet our contractual obligations.

Retention: Client campaign data is retained for the duration of the engagement and for up to 24 months thereafter for reporting, quality assurance, and compliance, unless a longer period is required by law or you request earlier deletion where feasible.

Deletion: Clients may request deletion of campaign data we control by emailing [email protected]. We will verify and delete applicable data unless retention is legally required.

Security & processors: We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures and use vetted sub-processors (e.g., hosting, CRM, support tools) under written agreements limited to the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
